You can locate the room using the temporary glowing line known as the locator, which will point you in the right direction. Navigate through the control room and head to the cargo lift located to your immediate left. Take the lift down and continue on to the large Contamination Chamber.

Once there, you'll see a console in the middle. Interact with the console and initiate the decontamination sequence. This will summon a group of enemies which you must eliminate before exiting the room. After killing all the enemies, come out of the chamber, and you'll see a signboard leading to the Centrifuge Chamber. Take the southern route and follow the corridor to reach the Centrifuge Chamber.

To activate the Centrifuge, you will need to attach both Clutch Generator Modules to the large device in the center of the room. In order to do so, first save your game manually and recharge your Stasis if needed. Once done, slowly float down to the rotating generators and use Stasis to slow it down. While it's slowed, use Kinesis to slide it into the Centrifuge. Repeat these steps for the other generator. Once both parts are connected, float back up to the main console and restart the centrifuge. These simple steps should help you bring the Centrifuge back online without any trouble.
